Our prices in € (euros) are inclusive of all taxes, excluding tourist taxes (0.70 € / person / night).
Rates in our rooms include room rental and breakfast but not options like dinner formulas.
Our rates are subject to change at any time, depending on economic conditions or regulatory provision.
Only the price on your booking form or other confirmation email from the Instants Volés is valid.
No discount will be granted in case of advance payment.

2 / Booking / Payment
Upon booking, your credit card details will be requested by our secure system, to guarantee the full amount of the stay. No charge will be made upon reservation. The payment of the whole stay will be done on the spot at the end of your stay by either:
• credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Holiday vouchers
• Species

3 / Gift voucher
The validity period of gift vouchers is 12 months from the date of issue. They are not refundable.
The entire offered stay must be paid for by credit card. When the beneficiary has chosen a date of stay, it must be confirmed by e-mail by Instants Volés. From this confirmation, the general sales conditions will apply as for a conventional booking.
If the Stolen Instants had to modify the services or equipment or the price of the rooms, the customer can choose among the new proposals for a face value equivalent to the gift voucher.

4 / Cancellation conditions

5 / force majeure:

7 / Arrival and departure times
Rooms are not available until 17h. Arrivals after 21h must be validated by email by Instants Stolen at the reservation.All arrivals after 21h without agreement to the reservation, will be considered as a no show and the entire stay will be charged.Rooms must be vacated no later than 11am.

8 / Accommodation conditions
